Exchange Policy

At Indyslay, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch. We encourage customers to review 
product details, size charts, and images carefully before placing an order. 
Eligibility for Exchange 
We offer exchange under the following conditions: 
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition 
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact 
• Product should be free from perfume, stains, damage, or alterations 
To initiate an exchange, contact us at [support@indyslay.com] with order ID and images. 
Exchange Process 
• Exchange is subject to product availability 
• If the requested size/design is unavailable, a store credit will be issued (valid for 6 months) 
• You will receive a mail approval from Indyslay team within 48 working Hrs and pickup will be arranged.  
• We will exchange the product within 5-7 working days once we receive the product.  
• If you want to exchange the product with another product of higher amount, we will give you a 
coupon code of the previous amount. You can use this code while placing your new order and pay the 
balance amount. 
• If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, a credit note of the 
balance amount will be given to you and can  be redeemed towards future purchase.
